Q:What if I have forgotten my username or password

A: Every teacher is able to reset pupil passwords. If you forget your username and password you should get in contact with the school/your teacher who will then reset this for you.

Q: It will not allow me to access any apps

Select ‘use another account’ and log in with your full glow username. E.g. gw20wilsonrobert@glow.sch.uk

Q: When trying to get on to Satchel One – it says that I am not recognised

A: Scroll down and click on sign in with Office 365

Q: As a parent/carer – why can I not access Microsoft Teams

A: Currently only pupils can access Microsoft Teams however your child can easily show you how to use Teams with their glow username and password.
